Vinification:
Garnacha was traditionally cultivated in Extremadura, this wine shows the typical varietal character from this region. Picked at full maturity and carefully macerated over a long period of time under controlled temperature and bottled young.
Each vineyard is cultivated individually, yields are kept low and a strict fruit selection process is used in order to make high quality wines.
