Cape Point Vineyards Isleidh
This blend is made up of 85 % Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon.
The grapes were hand harvested between 23°Balling and 24°Balling in the early hours of the morning.
The grapes were left to settle at low temperature for 24 hours before fermentation was started in 100% French Oak barrels, 70% new and 30% 2nd fill at 18° Centigrade. The wines were left on the lees and matured in French oak barrels for 10 months.
