Vinification:
The southerly zone of Somontano has an ideal climate where rainfall is lower than the rest of the Aragones region. Here, the period of maturation for the grapes is longer and allows for the main grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, to adapt perfectly and acquire their most elegant features.
The excellent climatic conditions in the area allow for an almost entirely ecological approach, under which a very strict yield control is monitored to maintain production between 7500-8000 kilos per hectare.
Tasting Notes:
| Color: |
Intense dark cherry colour. |
| Nose: |
Powerful and complex nose. Pronounced ripe berry nose with touches of coffee, damsons and toasted aromas. |
| Palate: |
Powerful and round on the palate with very pronounced ripe fruits. Finely integrated wood tannins. |
| Other: |
An elegant and rich wine that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes; from grilled steaks to rich sauces. |
