The southerly zone of Somontano has the perfect climate where rainfall is lower than the rest of the Aragón region. Fruit maturation is progressive and allows for the main grape varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, to adapt perfectly and acquire their most elegant features.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for 12 days at 26ºCentigrade.
Bodegas Delcamp believes in the influence of the moon on the wine and there for only decants in the last quarters.
Maturation takes place in 50% American oak and 50% Allier oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense cherry color.
Nose: Powerful, toast aroma with ripe black fruits. Warm and a bit spiritual.
Palate: In the mouth it is meaty, round with tasty and greasy tannins and touches of ripe peels.
