Vinification:
Made using traditional fermentation with indigenous yeast. The must is left for 10 hours on the skins, pressed and fermented at low temperature between 14 & 16º Centigrade. Les Sorts Rosat is a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan.

Ripe fruity aromas with some raspberry and cherry. The floral and mineral notes in the background add complexity. |

It is dry, balanced and fresh with a good acidity. Bold and fruity with good tannins and freshness. |
