Vinification:
100% White Grenache, the grapes were selected from old vineyards, some of them over 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for six months in 300 liters new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.
