Vineyard: Selection from 3 different vineyards.
Soil Type: Formed by the decomposition of the granite mass of Falset, mixed with tertiary age limestone deposits.
Vine Age: 40 to 65 years old vines.
Irrigation: No irrigation

Yield: 3.5 t/ha


100% White Grenache, the grapes were selected from old vineyards, some of them over 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for six months in 300 liters new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Yellow with golden hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of white flowers, honey and aromatic herbs with subtle toast.
Palate: It is fresh and full bodied with mineral notes and pear nectar flavors. With a crisp finish and good length.
Other: This is a richer style of white wine that shows intensity and a good grip on the palate. Serve chilled with rich creamy dishes or even spicy Thai dishes.
