Soil Type: Mainly red clay and limestone soils.
Vine Age: Around 25 years old.

Pinyeres Blanc is a selection from old vines grown in the Montsant area.
Traditional fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tank then aged for three months on lees.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright golden hues.
Nose: Intense aroma of ripe white fruits, with some yeast notes in the background and a slight hint of toast.
Palate: It is refreshing at first, showing great acidity, creamy and bold with a lingering finish.
Other: This wine will go very well with poultry, cream based dishes such as pasta or chicken fricassée with cream and morel mushrooms.
