Viticulture

Vineyard:
Soil Type: Soil is formed by the decomposition of the granite mass of Falset, mixed with tertiary age limestone deposits.

Yield: 1-2 t/ha

Vinification:

The grapes have been selected from the best vineyards. Fermentation and maceration lasted for 30 days. Then it was aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels.
This wine has been made using traditional fermentation, with the grape’s own yeast.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep Cherry with hints of blue.
Nose: Ripe fruit, chocolate, mint and spicy aromas. Very complex, intense and persistent.
Palate: In the palate It is fresh, vivid and well structured. A powerful and well balanced wine with good acidity and a lot of character.
