This wine has been made using traditional fermentation, with the grape's own yeast.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark Cherry Color.
Nose: Fresh red and black berries with some smoky notes. After some airing in the glass the wine develops more complexity and some spicy notes of black pepper, clove, chocolate and fine cocoa.
Palate: At first it is fresh in the mouth then evolves slowly and shows more mature tannins. The berry flavors are omnipresent and the finish is long and elegant.
