This wine has been made using traditional fermentation, with the grape's own yeast.

The fermentation and maceration of these grapes has been fairly long, approximately 26 days. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 13 to 14 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense color with purple shades, showing a solid body and at the same time expressing its youth.
Nose: Fresh red and black crystallized fruit. There are traces of smoked soot. As we stir the wine and it opens up, it becomes more complex and some spicy notes of black pepper and clove appear along with lactic notes, ink and Mediterranean undergrowth.
Palate: At first fresh flavors with a growing evolution which leads to profound mature tannins. In the mouth we taste more fresh fruits and crystallized fruit. Long pleasant aftertaste.
