Soil Type: Mostly calcareus and chalky.
Vine Age: Average of 20 years old.
Irrigation: No irrigation
Harvest Date: Last week of September 2007.
Yield: 4 to 5 t/ha.


This wine has been made using traditional fermentation with indigenous yeast. The must is left for 10 hours on the skins, pressed and fermented at low temperature between 16º and 18º Centigrade.
It is a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Dark pink in color.
Nose: Ripe fruity aroma with some strawberry and floral notes.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh a with good acidity, concentrated wine with balance and enduring length.
Other: It is a versatile wine that may be enjoyed on its own or with any summery dishes.
