Soil Type: Soil is formed by the decomposition of the granite mass of Falset, mixed with tertiary age limestone deposits.

This wine has been made using traditional fermentation, with the own grape yeast. After being in contact with the skins for 10 hours.
Pressed and fermented at low temperatures between 16 and 18 Centigrade.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense rasberry color.
Nose: Strong aromas of macerated fruits such as strawberries.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, persistent and well balanced with good acidity.
Other: This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with any summery dishes.
