Vineyard: The Falset zone is very hilly and has a cold climate.
Soil Type: The soil is formed by the decomposition of the granite mass of Falset, mixed with tertiary age limestone deposits.
Vine Age: 8-25 years
Irrigation: No irrigation
Harvest Date: 15th September 2005.
Yield: 4-5 t/ha


Les Sorts Rosat is a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan.
This wine has been made using traditional fermentation, with the own grape yeast. After being in contact with the skins for10 hours, the grapes were pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures between 16 and 18 ºCentigrades and the finished wines was bottled fairly quickly.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Very intense pink red colour.
Nose: Aromas of red red fruits such as strawberries.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, persistant and well balanced.
Other: This wine can be enjoyed on its own or with any summery dishes.
