Color: Clear and intense raspberry color with hints of blue and purple on the border.
Nose: Black fruit on the nose with a finish of chocolate and “bonbon anglais”, banana with some earthy notes at the finish.
Palate: Fresh fruit flavors and chocolate followed by a growing reminder of licorice and tannin which illustrates the use of carbonic maceration.
Other: A delicious light wine with robust fruity flavors and unusual freshness. Can be enjoyed on its own or with Italian dishes or pizza.
