Tasting Notes:

Color: Clear and intense rasberry color with hint of blue and purple on the border.
Nose: Red and black fruit aromas with hints of violet. A very intense after smell in which red fruit aromas reappear.
Palate: Fresh fruit flavors followed by a growing reminder of licorice and tannin which illustrates the use of carbon maceration.
