This wine is 100% White Grenache. The grapes were selected from the oldest vineyards some of them 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for six months in new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light golden-yellow.
Nose: It shows buttered toast from aging on the lees. Pear, melon and floral aromas also show nicely. Smoky minerals and ginger.
Palate: Mid bodied but fresh, juicy and intense, with mineral notes and pear nectar flavors. With a crisp finish and length
Other: This is a richer style of white wine that shows intensity and a good grip on the palate. Serve chilled with rich creamy dishes or even spicy Thai dishes.
