This wine is 100% White Grenache. The grapes were selected from the oldest vineyards some of them 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for six months in new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Clear, bright light lemon color.
Nose: Light tropical fruits and melon, a lot of flowery, spices from the oak aging and toasty lees on the finish. Very interesting nose.
Palate: Mid bodied but fresh, persistent, ripe and typical notes for a white Grenache. Nicely balanced and structured, with a long finish, with citrucy notes in the background.
Other: This is a richer style of white wine that shows intensity and a good grip on the palate. Serve chilled with rich creamy dishes or even spicy Thai dishes.
