Vinification:
This wine is 100% White Grenache. The grapes were selected from the oldest vineyards some of them 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for five months in new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Clear and intense light golden color. |
Nose: |
Intense tropical fruits and melon, flowery, with some minerals, spices and toasty lees on the finish. |
Palate: |
Full bodied but fresh, persistent, ripe and typical notes for a White Grenache. Opulent and structured. |
Other: |
This is a richer style of white wine that shows intensity and a good grip on the palate. Serve chilled with rich creamy dishes or even spicy Thai dishes. |
