This wine is 100% White Grenache. The grapes were selected from the oldest vineyards some of them 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature controlled oak barrels.
The wine was aged for five months in new French oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Clear and intense light golden color.
Nose: Intense tropical fruits and melon, flowery, with some minerals, spices and toasty lees on the finish.
Palate: Full bodied but fresh, persistent, ripe and typical notes for a White Grenache. Opulent and structured.
Other: This is a richer style of white wine that shows intensity and a good grip on the palate. Serve chilled with rich creamy dishes or even spicy Thai dishes.
