Vinification:
This wine is 100% White Grenache. These grapes were selected from the oldest vineyards some of them 65 years old. Fermentation started in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and continued under temperature control in oak barrels.
The wine was aged for five months in 25% American and 75% French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage.
