Vinification:

Grapes picked early in the morning, cold fermentation, aged in French oak barrels over 11 months, matured on lees, no racking.
330 bottles made.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light golden yellow.
Nose: White flowers, herbal and flinty.
Palate: Great acidity and fresh, elegant and rich palate.
Other: Pairs well with chicken a la creme, rich sea food, lobster, mushrooms or pork also great with charcuterie or pasta.
