El Castro de Valtuille
||A selection of vineyards from Valtuille de Abajo.
||Pebbles with sand.
||70 to 80 years old.
||From the 1st week in September to the 1st week in October.
The grapes were hand picked, fermented partly in French oak barrels before aging for just over a year in French oak barrels.
||Fine notes of wood, chocolaty with hints of red cherry.
||In the mouth it is well structured, rich in fine tannins, meaty with typical terroir expressions.
||El Castro de Valtuille is a refined wine that is fairly versatile, may be paired with coq au vin, in place of a Pinot Noir also with game meat dishes.
