Vinification:

The goblet technique is used for pruning.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then aged in new French Oak Barrels for more than a year.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Cherry Red with hints of violet.
Nose: Complexed aroma with notes of mineral, cassis and an elegant balance of wood.
Palate: On the palate it is rich with soft tannins and a hint of blackcurrant liqueur. The finish is characterized by its primary aromas, the blackcurrant and a touch of fresh herbs.
