The Joven is made from the youngest vineyards in the property, aged between 20 and 40 years old. It is also the best selling wine in Bierzo.
It is vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for four months in used 6 000 liters wooden barrels. The total production of this wine is 300 000 bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Red with some hints of crimson violet.
Nose: The nose has an elegant aromatic intensity.
Palate: This young wine is elegant and uncomplicated yet with a great offering. It is fruity with soft tannins.
Other: This is a versatile wine for food pairing, ideal with red meat, game and cheeses; best served between 16 and 19° centigrade.
