El Castro de Valtuille comes from a 17 hectares vineyard with a plantation density of 7000 vines per hectare.
Grapes are handpicked and the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks before aging in 1st, 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels for 14 months. 36 000 bottles are produced.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep red with some hints of violet.
Nose: Fresh on the nose, with notes of fine wood, mixed with Chocolate and fruity aromas.
Palate: It shows some wild berries with minerality and a good structure, fine and fresh tannins.
Other: This wine is ideal with grilled meat, game and stews.
