El Castro del Valtuille comes from a 17 hectares vineyard with a plantation density of 7000 vines per hectare.
Grapes are handpicked.Fermentation is done partly in stainless steel tanks and French oak vats.
Maturation takes place for 14 months in French oak barrels, 30% in first fill barrels and 70% in second and third fill barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh on the nose, with notes of fine wood, mixed with Chocolate and fruity aromas.
Palate: Powerful and well structured on the palate with fine, fresh tanins.
