Manyetes is a blend of 65% Cariñena; 25% Garnacha,6% Cabernet-Sauvignon and4% Syrah. Here it is all about attention to the finest details; from the vines themselves, to the vineyards, the soil and the winemaking process.Fermentation takes place in 500 litre barrels. The wine is then aged in new oak barrels for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Beautiful Ruby with purple.
Nose: Develops notes of black fruits (cherry and blackberry), fruits of the forest (blueberry and cassis), glycine and lilac, topped with some notes of coffee, blond tobacco, spices and liquorice aromas.
Palate: This wine is unbelievably elegant with soft and voluptuous tannins whilst being very fresh. Balanced to perfection with a good minerality. Lingering fruity finish.
Meat dishes such as: fillet mignon with morels, duck magret with a balsamic reduction, quail or medium strength cheeses.

This wine can be kept up to 20 years.
