Manyetes is a blend of 70% Cariñena, 20% Garnacha, 5% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Here it is all about attention to the finest details; from the vines themselves, to the vineyards, the soil and the winemaking process.
This vineyard is characterized by a very low yield. Fermentation takes place in open vats for thirty days. Later on, the wine is placed into 500lts oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. The wine is left to age for 18 months. It’s raked just once, after the first twelve months.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Brillant ruby color.
Nose: Super ripe but very young aromas of roasted black cherry, licorice, minerlas and chocolate.
Palate: Smooth, sweet and deep, with very ripe flavors enlivened by harmonious acidity. Finishes with powerful but smooth tannins.
