Vinification:
This is a blend of 45% old Carignan, 35% Syrah and 20% Merlot.
Aged over 18 months in French oak barrels of different age, 7000 bottles made only.

It is aromatic with hints of Garrigue and ripe dark fruits. |
| Palate: |
It is opulent with dark cherry, blackcurrant and a tight focus from the spice and mineral notes. The finish is uplifting, offering a lot of spice and persistence. It is balanced and refined. |

This is a refined wine that will pair well with wagyu beef, braised short ribs or duck magret. |
