Anjoli is a blend of 40% Garnacha, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon., 10% Merlot and 10% Syrah.
The wine was aged for 16 months in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Ruby red.
Nose: Fresh fruity aromas with some spices.
Palate: Fresh & young with fine tannins, red cherry and some licorice.
Other: Anjoli is an elegant and fresh wine that will pair well with grilled steak or rich tomato based pasta dishes.
