Vinification:

Anjoli is a blend of 40% Garnacha, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon., 10% Merlot and 10% Syrah.
The wine was aged for 16 months in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light ruby red.
Nose: A lot of red fruits combined with exotic spices.
Palate: Rich texture with a hint of sweetness, with fresh berries and notes of smoke. On the finish it stays fruity while displaying a wide array of spices.
Other: The Anjoli is more easily approachable as a young wine than the Terra d'Hom and Coma d'en Romeu. The wine is soft and displays great elegance.
