This wine was matured in new medium-toast French oak for twelve months.
40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep, dark purple with an opaque mountain pool centre.
Nose: Complex aroma from a combination of balanced use of new oak and ripe fruit, layers of blackberry and mulberry, cassis and spice.
Palate: Long follow through with intense red berry flavours, layered and complex.
Other: This wine has a great maturation potential.
