Vineyard: 3 500 Vines per hectare, fruits selected from different plots on the farm.
Soil Type: Klapmuts, Estcourt, Kroonstad

Vinification:

Early morning harvested, gently pressed and fermented at 12 degrees centigrade in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the clean fruit flavors that are typical of Wildekrans wines.

Tasting Notes:

Color: light.
Nose: A nose of green pepper, apples and lime.
Palate: Bright, crisp with gooseberry flavors
in the mouth and a vivid refreshing acidity.
Other: A very food-friendly wine and great as an aperitif, also pairs well with fragrant salads, Thai food or Sushi.
