Vineyard: 3 500 Vines per hectare.
Soil Type: Klapmuts, Estcourt, Kroonstad
Vine Age: 25 years old.
Irrigation: No irrigation
Harvest Date: February 2010.
Yield: 6 t/ha.

Vinification:

Harvested in the early hours of the morning, gently pressed and fermented at 12 degrees centigrade in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the clean fruit flavors that are typical of the area.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Pale yellow.
Nose: A nose of green pepper, apples and lime.
Palate: Bright, crisp with gooseberry flavors
in the mouth and a vivid refreshing acidity.
Other: Goes well with sea food, crayfish or pasta with pine nuts, garlic, rocket, blushed cherry tomatoes and olive oil.
