Vinification:

Cool climate and low yielding. Twenty six year old vines create this delicately balanced wine.
Gently pressed and fermented at 12ºC in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the clean fruit flavors that are typical of Wildekrans wines. Lightly oaked for three months.
