Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermented cool, bottled early to show the freshest fruit flavors.
Should last half an hour with the cap off and reach for the next bottle!

Tasting Notes:

Color: Light
Nose: Tropical.
Palate: A youthful fresh wine showing light citrus flavors of lime and grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit, mint and refreshingly long finish.
Other: Serve with all flavorsome, light Al fresco Summertime meals.
