This wine shows the Cramant terroir at its best during its youth, oozes freshness, showing at once great acidity and balanced dosage enabling aromas to express themselves freely. Great length in the mouth finishing on fresh and mineral notes.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense pale yellow.
Nose: It is bold and expressive with aromas of rose and exotic fruits such as papaya and litchi.
Palate: It is fresh and structured, with suppleness and balance. This Blanc de Blancs is full of character and natural elegance, with great depth and minerality. It finishes on a rich note.
Other: A great aperitif wine although it is a rich style of Champagne and it will pair very well with a wide variety of dishes; a favorite with tuna or salmon tartare with a ginger and lime sauce or even duck foie gras mi-cuit. It will also pair well with chicken in white sauce with mushrooms or Vacherin Mont d'Or cheese.
