Vinification:
A pure Grand Cru blend made from two third Pinot Noir and one third Chardonnay.
This is a zero dosage Champagne whose base wine is aged for four years minimum on the lees and to which 25% reserve is added.

Intense aromas of red fruits, nutty, with an appealing hint of spice. |

Rich, silky and balanced with a long finish combining the purity of zero dosage and the richness gained by the 4 years and more aging on the lees. |

Zero dosage Champagne goes very well with sushi, oysters, caviar and scallops. It is also a great aperitif wine. |
