Vinification:

This is a blend of 30% Rolle, 60% Grenache Blanc and 10% Viognier.
Picked at optimum ripeness, cold maceration 6 to 8°Centigrade for 12 hours, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16-17°Centigrade.
Left on the lees for six months before bottling.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Bright yellow, hints of green on the rim.
Nose: White flowers and citrus.
Palate: Rich, fruity and refreshing.
Other: This typical Mediterranean white wine goes especially well with sea food, especially shellfish as well as other summery dishes.
Also great served as an aperitif.
